Words cannot begin to express our gratitude for those businesses who have stepped forward to help sponsor our 2021 Virtual Fair.
This pandemic has been hard on all of us. Some of the businesses in our community have closed their doors while others have reduced their operating hours and revenue stream.
It has been difficult for the Farmers Institute as well. In order to comply with the provincial health officer’s restrictions all building rentals have been cancelled since mid-March of 2020 and our biggest fundraiser, the Cobble Hill Fair, was also cancelled in 2020 and in 2021.
With this lost revenue, we too are adjusting to leaner times. However, we are all in this together and we live in a great community with terrific people who are helping to see us through.
